Rachel Wilson
Head of Sales
With over 20 years of experience in wholesale within the baby and nursery industry, Rachel brings a broad and well-rounded understanding of both brand development and retail partnerships. She has been instrumental in the growth of leading brands, while also identifying new innovations and guiding them into the right retail environments.
Rachel takes a collaborative, hands-on approach, working closely with both brands and retailers to build strong, long-term relationships. With a focus on product knowledge, range development, and sales strategy, she is committed to ensuring every brand is represented with clarity and every retailer feels confident in their buying decisions.

Danielle Micheluzzi
Sales Representative (SE Suburbs)
Danielle has worked alongside Rachel for the past six years, supporting the operations of Beautiful Brands Management and developing a strong understanding of both brand and retailer needs. With a background in administration, she brings a structured, detail-focused approach to her role.
Now working across sales representation, Danielle supports retailers across South East Melbourne, as well as key Baby Bunting stores, with range planning, product knowledge, and ongoing account management. She also leads in-store marketing and visual support, ensuring each brand is presented clearly and consistently at retail.
Danielle is focused on building strong, reliable relationships and supporting both brands and retailers through a thoughtful, well-managed approach.

Baby Bunting Merchandising
Mel plays a key role within Beautiful Brands Management, leading our in-store merchandising across Baby Bunting locations. With a strong eye for detail and presentation, she ensures our brands are showcased in a way that is both visually impactful and commercially effective.
Her hands-on approach brings our brands to life at retail, creating engaging displays that support sell-through and maintain consistency across stores.
